First of all, I noticed many excellent words on these reviews about the work of Rob and Derek. I would like to recognize the owner of this fine company, Cole Haynes.
I placed a call to Escalade Roofing regarding a new roof and gutters. Cole answered my call and came the same day. He used a drone to inspect my roof and confirmed a replacement was needed.
He guided me through the insurance process, and within 10 days I had a new roof and gutters. He stayed in touch nearly every day and made everything easy.
His friendliness and customer service skills truly stand out. Escalade Roofing provides outstanding service, and I highly recommend them.
