We recently were told by our insurance company that if we didnt replace our roof they were going to cancel our insurance. we had qoute after qoute and didnt like the sales pitches or the prices. We finally heard about escalade from a friend, Big roofing Rob comes and didnt give us all the BS that the others did and was just a regular guy. Easy to talk to and to understand all the ins and outs of the process.My wife and I chose to deal with him and what a great choice we made. The process was just as described and fast. Came home to a roof leak after the ice / snow around 8pm. I submitted several inquiries for roof repair after Google search. Escalade quickly contacted me by phone. Derek was able to have an inspection and temporary repair to prevent more damage by the next morning. Communication with Derek and roofing crew was great. Full repair was completed and I am satisfied with the work.

I have a large house with a flat roof. There was a leak from the ceiling. Escalade roofing ( Cole) assessed the situation carefully and there was NO ROOF LEAK AT ALL. The problem stems from a plumbing issue and he suggested someone GOOD TO HELP a Senior Citizen. Finally someone you can trust. There was No charge!!!

First of all, I noticed many excellent words on these reviews about the work of Rob and Derek. Well, I wish to celebrate the owner of this fine company, Cole Haynes. I placed a call to Escalade Roofing to inquire about the possibility of a new roof and gutter, as my existing roof was 20 years old and had been beaten hard by numerous hail storms. Cole answered my call and said he could look at the roof later that same day. He came, took out his drone and flew it over my house, and agreed that a new roof was warranted. Cole then talked me through the process to file the claim with my insurance. Long story short, I had a new roof and gutters 10 days later. I paid my insurance deductible and paid for the gutters, but the final tally was minute thanks to insurance. And Cole texted and talked with me nearly daily. His friendliness and customer service skills shined; I have worked retail for 30+ years, and I recognize and appreciate good customer service. This man has it, and Escalade Roofing provides it.

I have a 20-year-old storage building with a leaky roof. Rob came out and gave a quote on the spot, and followed through with the repair as scheduled. They had to replace much of the plywood, put down underlayment, new shingles and new ridge vent. The job was done in a day. I was happy with the professional quote, brochures for good material selection, and follow-through by doing work when promised. They were also very knowledgeable about what is and isn't likely to be covered by insurance. I would use them again and recommend them for any roofing project.

We just had a new roof put on our house by these guys last week and I have been beyond impressed with them throughout the entire process. Pierre was quick to reach out after I inquired on their website for a quote, and he came by to do our initial inspection the following day. He showed up with samples in hand, explained their process and standards, and answered every question I had. We had contacted a few different companies about the job, but after meeting with Pierre we knew they were the right guys to do the work. They were very reasonably priced and their crew came in early, got right to work, and did a phenomenal job. I want to compliment Escalade roofing owner Cole and representatives Abigail and Adam in their professionalism in competing for my roofing business after hurricane Deborah damage my shingle roof August 2024. Abigail was quick to come out to my home to inspect and encourage me to contact my insurer. Which I did immediately and received a check to cover most of the repair expenses. I compare them with another highly reputable roofing company in the area. They help me fined the right color shingle to match my metal garage; although not one they normally use. This one was slightly higher and they said they would not increase the quote. The other companys quotes were higher and stated would have to charge me over $600.00 more for my choice of shingles. They honored there word and did a great job putting me a new red shingle roof on my home. I would highly recommend them to do anyones and they will do for a fair price. I called Escalade Roofing, for a free estimate, after noticing mold on my closet ceiling. Escalade conducted an evaluation and found issues with how the roofing was installed around my ventilation pipes. This caused water to seep in and create a small hole leading to the closet ceiling damage. I highly recommend Escalade Roofing for roofing and inside repairs.

My home was damaged in April 2024 in a storm. Many roof companies and private adjusters were canvassing the neighborhood soliciting their services. They were aggressive and many refused to provide a quote without you signing a contract saying that you would definitely hire them. Rob approached me in the yard, but he wasnt aggressive or mean or forcing me to sign anything. He was genuinely there to help. My HOI was less than helpful and unresponsive for months. Rob continued to be patient with me and educate me on how to advocate and navigate the murky situation. The roof was so damaged that I began to have spontaneous leaks throughout the house. Every time I grew frustrated or felt helpless, Rob would say were going to take care of you. Now as a single woman navigating construction and remodeling, Im not one to easily trust that saying. However, something in my spirit allowed me to trust that Rob and his company would take care of it. One week prior to the scheduled roof replacement, Hurricane Helene came. Again, Rob sent his crew to my home to tarp the leaks and prevent further damage. His crew worked sunrise to sunset to replace my roof. My house looks brand new! My roof looks spectacular! I was so scared to pick a roofing company, but Im glad God chose Rob to approach me that day and offer his services. Hes been so consistent in these six months and never gave up! Rob and Cole with Escalade Roofing were low pressure to communicate with and completed every promise discussed before the installation began. After several quotes for a new roof on our 2 story home, the price and customer service from Escalade and our rep Jason was just unmatched, and set them on another level! From the first visit for the estimate we knew we made the right decision. Jason was always a text away as we had a ton of questions but so quick to respond. He was with us through the whole process. The roofing team was outstanding as well and finished in one day! And they also removed 2 chimneys! I was looking for a roofing company to make some repairs on my Brother-in-laws house and found Escalade Roofing on the Nextdoor App. These guys were amazing. Cole, the owner and Rob Spencer, the Field Mgr. were instrumental in getting the insurance company to replace our roof. They were out to take a look at the roof the next morning and found a significant amount of hail damage & recommended that we file a claim with our insurance, which we did. The insurance adjuster was out a couple of days later, and Escalade met the adjuster to review the damage. We did get a whole new roof on both the house and the large shed. The most amazing thing was the shed it was almost completely covered with vines on one side and tree limbs on the other, I thought I would have to hire a landscaper to trim everything back. But no, these guys brought their own chainsaw and tools and cut everything back off the shed and replaced the roof. The new roofs look great, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to do roof work!

Had them come check a portion of our gutters that had a slow drip. Came out quickly and determined there was no structural issue or clog and made sure to explain everything was ok with our gutters. For us in before all the rain was going to happen this week. If we have further need for repairs or replacing we will definitely reach out. These guys are great.

Discovered a hole in my roof on a Sunday evening. Im blaming it on an owl!!! Put out a request on Anji Monday morning and booked an inspection for Tuesday afternoon for an estimate. Escalade Roofing also saw the request and Adam was in the neighborhood and pulled up to the house and came to the door. He had recently moved out of our neighborhood! Called them twice. The first time was a leak, they came the same day and fixed it. The second time was for a drip edge that was never installed by the previous owner and the roof was lifting up. They came the next day to measure, ordered it and installed it two days later. I'm going to be building a garage and will be calling them to do the roof. Very professional, would highly recommend them.
